How long will it take for my file to be reviewed?
We ask that you give us 7 business days to review your file and to provide you with our findings.
What information do I need to provide to get started?
While it is not required to get started, it is helpful if you have a copy of your STR (service treatment record) and your personel record. Requesting these records from the military can take 4-6 months to receive. However, if you have copies of a police report, or any other evidence to support your claim, we can get started.
Is MST hard to prove?
MST can be hard to prove which is why we take our time while reviewing your file. We make sure that there is enough documentation to support and validate your claim. This is why it is important to hire an expert that has had great success with these types of claims.
What are 'markers'?
Markers are what the VA uses to establish the validity of a claim. Markers could be a police report, pregnancy test. STD testing, documented changes in work performance, transfer requests, break-up of primary relationship, statements from others, etc.

Is this legal?
Yes, you have the right to file a claim for your injuries and to receive compensation for them.
Will I receive a 100% rating?
Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the rating that you receive, However, our responsibility is to make sure you are setup for success to receive the highest rating possible based on your injuries.
Are there any additional fees that I will have to pay?
No. Once you have paid the fee for your selected service, there will not be any additional fees. Unlike other companies, we do not take any of your backpay that you may receive. If you choose to hire us for another service, a fee will be due for the additional service.
